目的：探讨银丹心脑胶囊联合西药治疗冠心病的临床疗效及其对血清同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平和血脂代谢的影响。方法选取2013年2月—2015年2月于湖南省中医研究院附属医院就诊的冠心病患者104例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组，每组52例。对照组患者采用西药治疗，观察组患者在此基础上联合银丹心脑胶囊口服治疗。8周为1个疗程，两组患者均治疗1个疗程。比较两组患者临床疗效，治疗前后血清 Hcy、血脂指标〔总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL）〕。结果观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组（u =2.326，P =0.020）。两组患者治疗前血清 Hcy、TC、TG、HDL、...
