当前高校毕业生就业形势日益严峻,贫困大学生就业已经成为高校毕业生就业工作中的难点问题。本文采用问卷调查和访谈相结合的方法,对高校贫困大学生的家庭情况、消费状况、综合素质、就业期望、心理特征进行了研究。针对高校贫困大学生就业出现的问题进行分析,最后提出了完善就业环境,促进贫困大学生就业;提高贫困生综合素质,增强就业竞争实力;加强贫困生就业指导,健全就业心理辅导等系列对策。

In recent years, undergraduates are faced with an increasingly grim employment situation. The employment difficulties are even more prominent for the impoverished undergraduates.
