"医患冲突"现象反映出医务工作者职业道德素养不足、医患沟通不畅、医患间信任关系缺失等诸多问题。化解这些问题需要加强医学伦理教育,从教育目标设定、基础性地位确立、医学伦理教育与专业教育整合、师资队伍建设等方面不断改进完善,在提升医学伦理教育教学质量基础上,促进和谐医患关系的形成。

The phenomenon of “doctor-patient conflict” reflects the poor professional ethics of medical workers, the insufficient communication between doctors and patients and the lack of trust between doctors and patients.
