人才是任何一个领域可持续发展的关键,中医药事业的传承、发展离不开中医人才。目前,高等院校中医药人才培养不尽人意,仍有"中医后继乏人"的感概,西医学却以迅猛之势飞速发展,因而中医药事业的振兴刻不容缓,造就一批素质良好的中医"精英"人才成为中医药事业复兴的关键。
