Design and application of triage process based on information system for patients with acute chest pain

目的 提高急性胸痛患者分诊安全性,规范胸痛分诊流程.方法 选择2016年3～5月444例(ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者30例)胸痛分诊患者为对照组,采用传统分诊方法.2017年7～9月422例(STEMI患者31例)胸痛患者为观察组,开发分诊信息系统,并制定应用急性胸痛分诊流程进行分诊.结果 观察组平均分诊耗时(159.9±133.6)s,显著短于对照组(275.7±245.6)s,观察组STEMI患者门-球时间(88.8±42.4)min显著短于对照组(128.2±69.9)min,其质量达标率(30.0％)显著高于对照组(67.7％)(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).结论 应用基于信息系统的胸痛分诊流程有利于为急性胸痛患者提供快速、高效的诊疗服务,保障患者安全.
