目的 调查ICU护士道德困境现状,分析其影响因素,为针对性干预提供参考.方法 对413名ICU护士采用中文版护士道德困境量表进行问卷调查.结果ICU护士道德困境总分中位数为47.00,道德困境频率条目得分中位数为1.18;道德困境强度条目得分中位数为1.14.主要影响因素为年龄、职称及ICU工作年限(调整R2=0.393).结论 ICU护士的道德困境处于轻度水平,其中年龄较大、职称较高及ICU工作年限较长者道德困境较严重,护理管理者应注意疏导与心理支持,营造良好的工作环境及道德氛围.

Objective To explore the level and factors associated with moral distress among ICU nurses. Methods Totally,413 ICU nurses were surveyed in terms of their moral distress. Results The median score of moral distress was 47.00,and the median scores of moral distress frequency and intensity were 1.18 and 1.14,respectively. The main predictors of moral distress among ICU nurses included age,professional title,and work length in ICU (adjusted R~2= 0.393).
