[目的]探讨寒冷-束缚应激法对小鼠胃肠功能的影响。[方法]30只小鼠随机分成2组,各15只,模型组运用寒冷-束缚、饥饱失常等综合方法刺激小鼠16 d。观察小鼠一般状况、胃肠运动、组织病理学及血清促胃液素（Gas）水平变化。[结果]模型组小鼠胃肠组织病理学检查无器质性病变;饮食量及体质量明显下降,胃排空和小肠推进加快,与正常组比较差异有统计学意义（P
