目的:探讨解脲脲原体(UU)感染对大鼠生精细胞线粒体细胞色素氧化酶(COX)的影响以及知柏地黄汤对其的干预作用。方法: 4~5月龄SD雄性大鼠40只,随机抽取30只,经膀胱接种UU悬液,建立UU睾丸感染动物模型。剩余10只同步注射生理盐水作为正常组,于接种后的第7天取睾丸穿刺液运用培养法检测UU,判断造模成功否。造模成功后,UU感染模型大鼠再随机分成模型组、知柏地黄汤组、阿奇霉素组。知柏地黄汤组给药量为1 g/(kg·d),阿奇霉素组给药量为0.105 mg /(kg·d),正常组、模型组给予相同剂量的生理盐水。以上各组均灌胃给药,每日1次,连续给药21 d(1 ml/d)。采用颈椎脱臼法处死大鼠,取附睾组织,采用机械分离法...

Objective: To explore the effects of Zhibai Dihuang Decoction (ZDD) on mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase (COX) in the spermatogenic cells of rats with ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) infection.
