目的对土家族药物血筒抗佐剂性关节炎(AIA)作用进行初步评价研究,为其进一步系统和深入研究奠定基础。方法 ♂ SD大鼠30只,随机分为正常组、模型组、血筒醇提物组。CFA尾根部免疫建立AIA模型,血筒醇提物(1.0 g·kg~(-1)) 口服给药治疗30 d。AIA造模后进行后足肿胀测量、关节炎指数评分及体质量称量评价。治疗结束后进行后足CT扫描和组织病理学检查,同时检测血清中炎症因子含量。结果与模型组比较,血筒组大鼠AIA发病率仅55%(P=0.035),关节肿胀度降低1.8 ~ 2.3倍(P

Aim Kadsuraheteroclita ( Roxb ) Craib ( Schizandraceae) is a medicinal plant termed Xuetong in Chinese Tujia ethnomedicine.
