目的:观察参松养心胶囊治疗冠心病心力衰竭合并室性心律失常患者的临床效果进行研究分析疗效.方法:抽取92例冠心病、心功能Ⅱ-Ⅲ级合并室性心律失常的患者,将其分为A、B两组,平均每组46例.在常规治疗基础上分别采用美托洛尔和参松养心胶囊进行治疗.结果:B组患者的临床治疗效果明显优于A组；该组患者在治疗后出现复发现象的患者人数明显少于A组；两组患者在治疗的过程中,均没有出现比较严重的并发症和不良反应现象.结论:采用参松养心胶囊对患有治疗冠心病心力衰竭合并心律失常的疗效满意,复发率低,安全性好.

Objective： Observe shensong yangxin capsule treatment of coronary heart disease heart failure patients with ventricular arrhythmia to study and analysis the clinical effect of curative effect.
