目的:观察健康教育保留灌肠治疗急性放射性肠炎（acute radiation enteritis）的疗效。方法:将63例急性放射性肠炎患者分为治疗组（33例）和对照组（30例）,两组均采用补中益气汤超微颗粒剂保留灌肠,治疗组配合健康教育,比较两种方法对急性放射性肠炎综合疗效、腹痛VAS评分、生活质量KPS评分的差异。结果:治疗组有效率为97%,对照组为90%;两组均能降低VAS评分、提高KPS评分,治疗组疗效优于对照组（P
