目的:观察参苓白术散加味治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法:将104例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各52例。对照组运用黄连素治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用参苓白术散加味治疗,疗程为4周,治疗前后各行主要症状评分。结果:两组治疗后临床症状均得到改善,治疗组总有效率达96.2%,对照组总有效率为76.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P

Objective： To observe the Shenling Baizhu powder in treating diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome and its clinical effects.
