Effective observation on treating bronchial asthma with the Yupingfeng particles plus Montelukast

目的：探讨玉屏风颗粒联合孟鲁司特预防和治疗支气管哮喘的·晦床疗效。方法：选择我院收治的60例患者作为观察组，在常规治疗的基础上联合使用玉屏风颗粒及孟鲁司特治疗。选择同期60例患者作为对照组，仅予常规治疗，比较两组的临床疗效、症状消失时间、住院时间及肺功能改善情况，并跟踪随访6个月，记录其发作次数。结果：观察组治疗后总有效率为95％，明显优于对照组的78％。观察组治疗后症状消失时间、住院时间明显低于对照组，肺功能改善情况较对照组显著（P〈0．05），出院后随访6个月，治疗组发作次数比对照组明显减少。结论：玉屏风颗粒联合孟鲁司特对于防治支气管哮喘的临床疗效明显。...

Objective： To investigate efficacy of the Yupingfeng particles plus montelukast on bronchial asthma. Methods： 60 cases in the control group were treated by conventional treatment; and 60 eases in the observed group were treated with the Yupingfeng particles and Montelukast more.
