Effective application of electro-acupuncture at Shu and Mu acupoint in regulating bidirectionally functional bowel disorders

目的：观察电针刺激大肠俞募配穴（天枢、大肠俞）对功能性肠病（便秘、腹泻）两种不同状态的临床疗效，为探索针刺对治疗功能性肠病的双向调节作用机制提供临床依据。方法：筛选66 例符合纳入标准的功能性肠病患者（便秘组36 例、腹泻组30 例），针刺双侧天枢、大肠俞穴后，采用20Hz 电流、连续波刺激30min，第1 ～ 2 周每周治疗5 次，第3 ～ 4 周每周治疗3 次，连续4 周，共做16 次治疗。于治疗前、治疗第2 周末、治疗完成后（第4 周末）、治疗结束后1 个月随访，分别记录患者周排便次数、大便性状评分、心理状态评估（SAS、SDS），并对数据进行统计与分析。结果：经治疗，便秘组和腹泻组的周...

Objective: Clinical effects of electro-acupuncture at Shu and Mu acupoint on bidirectionally functional bowel disorders were observed in order to explore bidirectional adjustment mechanism.
