目的：探讨肩周炎治疗中联合应用针灸与推拿疗法的临床效果。方法：选取2013年2月-2014年7月收治的肩周炎患者86例，采用随机数字表法分为观察组43例，对照组43例，对照组行西医常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上应用针灸、推拿联合治疗，观察两组患者治疗效果及肩关节疼痛缓解情况。结果：对照组治疗总有效率为76.74%，明显低于观察组的93.02%，差异有统计学意义（P

Objective: To investigate efficacy of acupuncture plus massage on frozen shoulder. Methods: 86 cases were divided into the observation group (43 cases) and control group (43 cases) according to random number table. The control group received conventional western medicine; the observation group was treated by acupuncture plus massage more. The efficacy and relief shoulder pain in groups were observed.
