目的:探讨解郁安神汤联合中医心理疗法对中晚期肺癌患者免疫功能及抑郁情绪的临床疗效。方法:将60例中晚期肺癌患者,采用随机数字表分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组采用解郁安神汤、中医心理疗法及常规对症支持治疗,对照组行常规对症支持治疗。14 d为1个周期,连续治疗2个周期。采用抑郁自评量表（SDS）及免疫指标:T细胞亚群（CD3+、CD4+）及NK细胞评价疗效。结果:治疗组治疗前后抑郁量表评分（SDS）比较有明显改善（P
