目的:探讨机体免疫功能与鼻咽癌临床治疗效果及其预后的关系,并对机体免疫功能相关指标评估鼻咽癌患者预后的价值进行初步分析。方法:回顾性分析2016年4月-2017年1月期间湖南中医药大学第一附属医院耳鼻喉科接受鼻咽癌放疗的121例鼻咽癌患者的机体免疫功能相关指标,同时对其治疗后2年生存状态的随访结果进行追踪,本研究中鼻咽癌患者的肿瘤分期包括Ⅰ期12例、Ⅱ期22例、Ⅲ期63例、Ⅳ期23例,采用BD FACSCalibur流式细胞仪检测鼻咽癌患者的机体免疫功能相关指标,对其临床治疗效果及预后进行比较,同时采用多元线性回归Logistic分析探讨机体免疫功能与鼻咽癌患者预后的关系。结果:本研究鼻咽癌患者中...
