目的:观察平乐正骨中药治疗滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法:将65例膝骨关节炎性滑膜炎的患者随机分成两组,观察组32例、对照组33例。观察组采用平乐正骨中药内服、外敷治疗,对照组采用口服塞来昔布片配合消痛贴膏外敷治疗,治疗前后采用VAS、WOMAC评分、B超进行相关指标的评价。结果:观察组总有效率为87. 5%,对照组总有效率为78. 79%,差异有统计学意义（P
