目的: 探讨中医药治疗心力衰竭用药规律.方法: 整理2000 ~ 2019 年有关心力衰竭的中医文献. 筛选出符合纳入标准的文献并建立中药复方数据库. 采用频次分析法对其用药规律进行总结和分析.结果: 共纳入50 张处方. 单味药100 味. 其中以补虚药?活血化瘀药?利水渗湿药使用较多. 药味多以甘?辛?苦味为主. 药性多以平?温?微寒为主.结论: 心力衰竭病机主要为气虚血瘀水停. 治宜益气温阳活血利水.

Objective To explore the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)medication rule of Coronary Heart Failure(CHF).Methods Collect Chinese Medicine Literature on CHF from 2000 to 2019,screening out the documents that meet the inclusion criteria and establishing the database of TCM prescriptions,and the regularity of drug use was summarized and analyzed by frequency analysis method.Results A total of 45 prescriptions and 100 herbs were included.The properties of most herbs for CHF were deficiency-nourishing drugs,blood-activating and stasis-removing drugs,relieving drugs,sweet,acrid and bitter flavors ar...
