Meta-analysis of Banxia Xiexin Decoctioncombined with Triple Therapy for Helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis

目的:系统评价半夏泻心汤联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌相关性胃炎（HAG）的有效性及安全性。方法:计算机检索CNKI、VIp、Wan Fang、CBM、pub Med数据库,纳入相关的随机对照研究（RCT）,检索时间期限为建库至2020年1月15日,运用End Note X7软件对检索所得的重复文献进行剔除,严格根据纳入和排除标准确定最终纳入文献,对纳入文献进行方法学质量评价,运用Revman5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入16篇文献。Meta分析结果显示:半夏泻心汤联合三联疗法治疗HAG总有效率[RR=1.25,95%CI （1.19,1.31）,P
