目的探讨鼻咽癌辨证分型与其原发灶癌组织中预后相关性基因活性表达的关系及其对患者预后的意义.方法对60例初诊鼻咽癌患者进行辨证分型,并检测其鼻咽活检标本nm23-H1、VEGF(voscular endothelial growth factor,血管内皮生长因子)基因表达活性,并于治疗后随访5年,分析其预后相关性.结果辨证分型结果,气阴两虚型患者30例(50.0%),气血凝结型18例(30.0%),火毒困结型12例(20.0%).气阴两虚型组鼻咽活检标本的nm23基因表达阳性率50.0%,VEGF基因表达阳性率70.0%,分别明显低于或高于其他两组(P＜0.05),且其5年存活率低,累计复发率高.结论初诊鼻咽癌气阴两虚证患者nm23-H1活性表达下调,VEGF活性表达上调...

Objective To investigate the correlation of patterns in the terms of TCM with the expressive activities of prognosis-related genes in the biopsied primary cancerous tissues among the untreated cases with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).
