以科研＂导师制＂来培养中医药院校本科学生的科研创新能力,能拓宽中医药院校学生视野,提高科研能力,进而增加学生的综合能力。目前中医药院校的本科生科研能力普遍不高,且科研经费和人力投入不足;因此,通过完善相关制度和考核机制、增加投入、激发学生兴趣,来提高对提高学生的科研能力,能提高中医药院校本科生整体水平,并为进一步深造提供人才储备都具有非常重要的意义。
