肠道菌群失调与阿尔茨海默病、精神分裂症、抑郁症等许多中枢神经系统疾病相关,中药水煎液口服后不可避免地会与肠道微生物相互作用,肠道微生物可以代谢转化中药中的有效成分,中药成分反过来可以调节肠道微生物的生态平衡,因此治疗中枢神经系统相关疾病的中药可能通过调控肠道菌群来影响中枢神经系统。本文基于此探讨王净净教授经验方益智宁神温胆汤治疗精神分裂症的机制。

Intestinal flora disorder is related to Alzheimer’s disease,schizophrenia,depression and many other central nervous system diseases.After oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine decoction,it will inevitably interact with intestinal microorganisms.Intestinal microorganisms can metabolize and transform the effective components of traditional Chinese medicine,which in turn can regulate the ecological balance of intestinal microorganisms.Therefore,traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of central nervous system related diseases...
