[目的]了解长沙市养老机构内养老护理员对老年人的态度及其影响因素。[方法]采用便利抽样方法，应用中文版老年人态度量表及自编一般问卷对长沙市112名养老护理员进行调查。[结果]共回收有效问卷102份，养老护理员对老年人态度总分为(111.66±15.74)分，态度轻度偏向于积极，单因素分析得出培训情况、婚姻状况、子女情况、职称、学历、工资收入、工作年限为影响养老护理员对老年人态度的影响因素，差异均有统计学意义(P

Objective:To know about the attitudes of pension nurses to the aged in pensions in Changsha City and its inflnencing factors.Methods:A total of 1 12 pension nurses were surveyed by using convenient sampling method and Kogan’s older person’s scale(KAOP)and self designed general questionnaire in Changsha city.
