[目的]探讨喉癌术后病人创伤后成长与生存质量之间的相关性.[方法]采用自行设计的人口学资料和临床资料调查表、创伤后成长量表、华盛顿医科大学生存质量量表对81例喉癌术后病人进行问卷调查.[结果]喉癌术后病人创伤后成长总分为(53.58±7.01)分,生存质量总分为(777.72±122.09)分;喉癌术后病人生存质量与创伤后成长总分呈正相关(r=0.398).[结论]喉癌术后病人存在创伤后成长现象,且创伤后成长能够减轻病人因疾病导致的心理和社会生存质量的负性影响.

Objective:To probe into the correlation between the post-traumatic growth and quality of life of pa-tients with laryngeal cancer.Methods:A total of 81 cases of laryngeal cancer patients were investigated by ques-tionnaire,which were self-designed demographic data and clinical information questionnaire,post-traumatic growth inventory,University of Washin gton Quality of Life Questionnaire.Results:After the operation,the to-tal average score of the patients with laryngeal cancer was(53.58±7.01)point.The total score of quality of life was(777.72±...
