Immune Opsonization of Ganlu Xiaodu Capsule on IFN、NK and IL 2

采用组织培养与放射免疫法，研究了甘露消毒丹全方、残方及加味方，对小鼠ＩＦＮ、ＮＫ、ＩＬ－２的影响。结果表明：甘露消毒丹全方、加味方与苦残方，对小鼠ＩＦＮ效价的影响，明显高于造模组；甘露消毒丹全方、加味方与苦残方，均能显著增强ＮＫ活性；甘露消毒全方对ＩＬ－２刺激指数的影响，优于加味方与芳残方、苦残方。

Tree kinds of Ganlu Xiaodu Capsules,Full,incomplete and supplementary formulae were studied by artificial culture and radioimmunity techniques.The results shows that IFN were increased significantly by all of the 3 kinds capsules,which is much more higher than those of in the model group.IL 2 in the full formula group is much more promoted than in the other two groups.It means that the signal conduction of cytokines were opsonized by the medicine,pe...
