Effect of hyperthyroidism decoction on thyroid hormone and thyroid pathological changes of experimental hyperthyroid rats

目的 观察甲亢方(益气滋阴方)对实验性甲亢大鼠甲状腺激素水平和甲状腺病理改变的影响.方法 将40只大鼠随机分成正常组、甲亢模型组、甲亢方组、西药对照组,后三组用优甲乐(左甲状腺素钠)灌服建立甲亢大鼠模型,甲亢方组以甲亢方对模型进行干预,西药对照组以丙基硫氧嘧啶对模型进行干预.采用放射免疫法测定血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)含量,用光学显微镜观察甲状腺病理改变.结果 与模型组相比,甲亢方组血清T3、T4、FT3、FT4含量降低(P

Objective To observe the effect of hyperthyroidism decoction on thyroid hormone and thyroid pathological changes of ex-perimental hyperthyroid rats. Methods 40 rats were randomly divided into four groups: Normal group,hyperthyreosis model group, western drugs control group and hyperthyroidism decoction group.
