目的 观察养心通脉片对家兔动脉粥样硬化斑块的干预作用.方法 参照"高脂饮食喂养法"造模,设养心通脉片组、辛伐他汀片组、模型组和健康对照组共4组,分别采用养心通脉片、辛伐他汀片稀释液及蒸馏水灌胃.30 d后,取各组兔主动脉,检测血管内膜斑块面积和血管光密度,并观察动脉内膜病理学变化.结果 与模型组比较,养心通脉片组血管壁厚度和斑块面积明显减小,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05或P＜0.01),血管光密度明显增大,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).结论 养心通脉片能有效抑制动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成和发展,具有保护与修复内皮细胞功能,同时也有稳定斑块不致脱落的作用.

Objective To investigate the intervening actions of Yangxin TongMai tablets on the atherosclerosis in Rabbits.
