目的：探讨中医学肝脾理论与肠源性内毒素血症肝损伤的相关性,为指导临床提供理论依据。方法：主要从《黄帝内经》《难经》及《伤寒论》中回顾整理中医学肝脾理论的相关内容,结合现代医学肠源性内毒素血症肝损伤的发生机制及治疗,将其引入中医学肝脾理论的讨论。结果：肠源性内毒素血症肝损伤的发生机制及治疗与肝脾理论部分内容有密切相关性。结论：肝脾理论可作为重要理论依据指导肠源性内毒素血症肝损伤的临床治疗。
