Objective: To use systematic pharmacological strategies to explore the regulatory mechanisms of Ma Xing Shi Gan Decoction (MXSGD) against the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Methods: Data on the compounds and targets of MXSGD were collected from the Traditional Chinese Medicene Systems Parmacology Database and Analysis Platform (TCMSP) and TCM Databases@Taiwan. 目的探析麻杏石甘汤(MXSGD)干预新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的作用机制。方法基于药代动力学参数通过TCMSP数据库、TCM Database@Taiwan数据库筛选MXSGD的成药性活性成分及其调控的蛋白靶标,随后通过String数据库获得新型冠状病毒转染宿主的(COVID-19)ACE2受体及与之相互作用的相关靶点,利用Cytoscape 3.7.2构建相关网络并进行网络拓扑学分析,对网络中的核心靶点通过DAVID数据库进行基因本体(GO)富集分析和信号通路富集分析。结果共收集到272个MXSGD靶点和21个新型冠状病毒(SARS-Co V-2)肺炎的潜在靶点。在此基础上,构建并分析了4个网络:(1)MXSGD成分-靶点网络;(2)MXSGD-SARS-Co ...
