目的：探讨慢性乙型肝炎肝胆湿热证患者与其血清ALT、 TBil含量的相关性，为慢性乙型肝炎中医辨证客观化研究提供新思路。方法：通过计算机检索CAJD、 CBM、 CDFD、 CMFD以及PubMed 等数据库，检索时间从1993年1月至2013年12月；按照纳入和排除标准筛选文献、提取资料并根据按实际情况制定出的质量评价标准进行评价后，采用RevMan 5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果：共纳入10篇文献，2244例患者。 Meta分析结果显示：肝胆湿热证型与ALT [SMD＝0.36，95％CI （0.20，0.52）， P＜0.0001]、与TBil [SMD＝0.51，95％CI （0.33，0.69）， P＜0.00001]间均存在明显的相关性。结论：慢性乙型肝炎肝胆湿热证型...
