目的:探索中药灌肠治疗肝衰竭的用药规律,为规范中药灌肠治疗肝衰竭提供新的借鉴和思路。方法:收集中药灌肠治疗肝衰竭的文献,建立数据库,运用频数、因子及聚类分析其用药规律。结果:高频药物主要有大黄、赤芍、厚朴、枳实、茵陈、蒲公英、丹参等;药物类别主要为清热药、泻下药、利水渗湿药、理气药、活血化瘀药等;药性多为寒性及微寒药,其次为温性药;药味多为苦,辛、甘次之;归经多为肝、胃、脾及大肠经。结论:经过初步探索与挖掘得出了中药灌肠治疗肝衰竭的基本规律,但有待临床进一步验证。
