目的 观察血吸虫pVAX1/SjRPS4·CB多价疫苗对小鼠肝脏虫卵肉芽肿中肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor α;TNF-α)表达的影响.方法 55只昆明小鼠随机均分为pVAX1/空质粒组、pVAX1/SjRPS4组、pVAX1/SjCB组、pVAX1/SjRPS4·CB组和PBS对照组,各组小鼠分别于左腿股四头肌注射100 μg 相应重组质粒,PBS组注射100 μl PBS.每隔2周加强免疫1次,共3次.末次免疫后2周每鼠经腹部皮肤攻击感染日本血吸虫尾蚴(20±1)条.感染后6周剖杀小鼠,分离肝脏,运用免疫组化和原位杂交法检测TNF-α蛋白和TNF-α mRNA的表达情况.结果 多价疫苗pVAX1/SjRPS4·CB组TNF-α mRNA和蛋白在肝虫卵肉芽肿中的染色评分得分(9.00...
