目的:观察云木香水煎液、水提液、醇提液、挥发油对豚鼠离体肠平滑肌的作用,并探讨云木香对豚鼠离体肠平滑肌作用的物质基础。方法:以给药前后3分钟豚鼠离体肠平滑肌平均振幅为观测指标,采用BL-420F生物机能实验系统,观察并比较云木香四种提取液对豚鼠离体肠平滑肌的作用情况。结果:云木香水煎液、醇提液、挥发油能显著降低豚鼠正常离体肠平滑肌的平均振幅(P
