目的:通过探讨古今名医治疗黄疸病的用药规律,为临床用药提供参考。方法:查阅《古今名医临证金鉴·黄疸胁痛臌胀卷》中历代名医治疗黄疸有效的经验方,共选取中药复方118首,将118首复方中涉及到的单味中药输入至EXCEL 2013建立用药数据库,将数据导入古今医案云平台(V2.2.1),从单味药物频次分析、关联分析、药对分析、聚类分析等多角度研究分析治疗黄疸用药规律与特征。结果:共纳入35位名医治疗黄疸胁痛臌胀的处方共118首,涉及中药176味,用药频次高达20次以上的中药为茵陈、茯苓、甘草、白术、栀子、泽泻、陈皮、白芍、当归、柴胡、大黄。药物归经主要归属于脾经,药物功效主要为利水渗湿、清热解毒...
