Study on Medication Rule of Stroke from Menghe's Famous TCM Doctor He Jiheng Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assisting Platform

目的:借助中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)软件,分析孟河名医贺季衡治疗中风病的临证思想及处方用药规律,为贺派用药思想的继承以及临床中风诊疗用药提供参考。方法:通过对孟河名医贺季衡编著的《指禅医案·中风门》中收录治疗中风的医案进行统计收集,在中医传承辅助平台中建立医案及方剂数据库,采用该软件基于关联规则及熵聚类的数学算法,分析医案处方中药物的性味、归经、应用频次、药对组合等,明确其核心用药,探索其辨治规律。结果:通过中医传承辅助平台V2.5软件,分析贺季衡老先生诊治的107个医案,得到治疗中风处方共206首,用药170味,通过分析,药物多为甘温之品,主要归肺、肝经,可知贺季衡老先生治疗...
