目的 观察滋阴活血解毒中药对葡萄糖(Glu)、胰岛素(Ins)、氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)诱导的人脐静脉内皮细胞损伤的干预作用及其保护机制.方法 以人脐静脉内皮细胞株ECV-304为受试对象,以一定浓度的Glu、Ins、ox-LDL诱导体外血管内皮细胞损伤,同时观察滋阴活血解毒中药对该细胞损伤的保护作用.各实验组细胞继续培养48 h后,分别检测细胞活性及细胞培养液中组织型纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)、纤溶酶原激活物抑制物(PAI)、细胞粘附分子(ICAM-1)的含量.结果 细胞培养48 h后,模型组较正常组细胞活力明显下降(P

Objective To investigate the effects of Ziyin Huoxue diedu Chinese herbs （ZYHXJD） on vascular endothelial cells injured by glucose, insulin and low-density lipoprotein.
