目的 :探讨温胆汤对精神分裂症大鼠模型纹状体多巴胺 （DA）合成的影响。方法 :采用免疫组化技术和高效液相 -电化学法 （HPLC -EC）分别对酪氨酸羟化酶 （TH）、DA进行了含量测定。结果 :温胆汤可增加TH、DA的含量 ,拆方配伍发现祛痰理气组和健脾理气组对DA的影响主要表现在对DA的合成有促进作用。结论 :温胆汤与氯丙嗪均可促进DA的合成

Objective: To investigate the effects of WenDan Decoction (WD) on the Dopamine synthesis of Schizophrenia rat model,s striatum. Methods: Immunohistochemistry technology and high-pressure liquid chromatography with electrochemical detector (HPLC-EC) were used to evaluated tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) and DA . Results:WD can increase TH and DA . The composition regularity of WD is that expelling phlegm plus regulating the flow of Qi(EP-RFQ) and invigorating the spleen to clear away damp pathogen plus regulating the low of Qi (ISCADP-RFQ) can mainly accelerate DA synthesis.
