目的 通过观察电针足阳明经穴对胃黏膜损伤大鼠胃运动的影响,以探讨针刺足阳明胃经穴对胃运动的调整作用.方法 将60只SD大鼠雌雄各半,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、针刺四白组、针刺天枢组、针刺足三里组与针刺非穴组.以乙醇灌胃造成胃黏膜损伤模型,气囊法测量胃运动频率和波幅的变化率,分析电针足阳明经穴对以上各指标的影响.结果 与正常组比较模型组胃运动频率和波幅呈抑制状态(P

Objective: To observe the effect of acupuncture at Foot Yangming Channel on the gastric mucosal injury of rat gastric motility and to explore the regulatory role of acupuncture at Foot Yangming Channel in the gastric motility.
