简述了产后电话随访工作的重要性及存在的问题，介绍了电话语音盒及其功能特点，重点阐述了如何将电话语音盒应用到产后电话随访工作中，使医院可以更好地开展产后随访工作，提高随访工作的质量和效率，提升医疗服务水平，改善医患关系，促进医院健康发展。
