目的:观察戊已丸水煎液对C57 BL/6小鼠感染幽门螺旋杆菌动物模型血清中NO含量的影响.方法:在复制C57BL/6小鼠幽门螺旋杆菌感染模型的基础上,分为戊己丸水煎液高、中、低剂量组、心胃止痛胶囊组和克拉霉素组以及正常对照组和模型对照组,测定各组小鼠血清一氧化氮含量.结果:模型组血清NO较正常组均显著增加(P＜0.05).与模型组相比较,各治疗组血清NO均有所下降.其中戊己丸水煎液高剂量组、中剂量组、克拉霉素组与正常组没有差异.结论:戊己丸水煎液可明显降低幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)感染小鼠血清中NO含量.

Objective ： To observe the effect of Wuji pills decoction on the content of NO in the C57BL/6 mouse infected by helicobacter pylori（Hp） blood serum.
