The Effect of Formula for lowering Blood Sugar and Tonifying the Kidney on Glomerulus Transforming Growth Factor β_1 and IV Type Collagen of Diabetic Nephropathy Rats

观察降糖益肾方对 2 型糖尿病并发肾病大鼠肾小球转化细胞生长因子β1、IV 型胶原的影响,从分子水平探讨其治疗糖尿病肾病的机理.运用免疫组化的方法(ABC法)观察对比各组肾小球转化细胞生长因子β1 (TGF-β1)、IV 型胶原阳性产物的生成情况.模型组大鼠肾小球棕色阳性产物明显增多,经降糖益肾方治疗后棕色阳性产物生成明显减少.结论:结果提示本方可通过调节TG F- β1达到调控肾脏整体功能,并可减少 IV 型胶原的生成而维持肾小球细胞外基质 (ECM) 的完整性.

To observe the effects of Formula for Lowering Blood Sugar and Tonifying the Kidney on glomerulus TGF β 1 and CoIV of type 2 diabetic nephropathy,and to reveal the mechanism of the formula treating diabetic nephropathy on molecule level.Methods:We observed and contrasted the positive production of glomerulus TGF β 1 and CoIV by the immunohistochemistry methods.Results:The results showed that there were more positive products in the model group,while the group using the formula had less products than the model group.Conclusion:The formula can ...
