目的:研究伤科化瘀止痛散的活血化瘀及镇痛作用.方法:采用打击法造成血瘀模型,观察大鼠瘀斑的消散作用;采用大鼠冰水一肾上腺素血瘀模型,观察大鼠血液流变学指标的变化;采用热板法和扭体法进行镇痛实验.结果:伤科化瘀止痛散能明显减少大鼠瘀斑面积,降低血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学指标的变化;能显著延长小鼠的痛阈和减少扭体次数.结论:伤科化瘀止痛散具有良好的活血化瘀及镇痛作用.

Objective： To study the effects of activating blood to remove stasis and pain-alleviating of the Shangke-huayuzhitong Powder.Methods： The removing blood stasis effect was determined with the models of the haemostasis rat by hit. The hemorheological of rats wasdetermined with the models of the haemostasis rat by ice-water and adrenalin. The analgesic experiment was performed using hot plateand torsion method. Results： Shangke-huayuzhitong Powder markedly reduced blue stain area of skin,and hemorheological indexes inrats with blood stasis mode...
