目的探讨麝香配伍乳香对正常C_(57)BL/6小鼠前列腺组织Claudins mRNA表达的影响。方法正常C_(57)BL/6小鼠48只随机分为4组:麝香组、乳香组、配伍组和对照组,每组12只。按组别分别给予麝香、乳香、麝香+乳香、生理盐水灌胃,分别于24、48h时处死6只取前列腺组织。采用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测小鼠前列腺组织Claudin-1、Claudin-2、Claudin-3、Claudin-4、Claudin-5、Claudin-7、Claudin-8、Claudin-10mRNA表达。结果24h时,与对照组比较,配伍组Claudin-2、Claudin-3、Claudin4、Claudin-8表达下调(P
