根据中医证本质研究中观察指标的特异性和重复性不强的现状,提出可能与证的异质性特点相关。在阐述证的异质性的概念、分类的基础上,重点从证的表征异质性与证本质异质性、疗效差异与证本质异质性、遗传因素与证本质异质性、表观遗传学证本质的异质性和证本质异质性的相对性特点五个方面阐述了中医证本质异质性的研究思路。
