思想政治教育是高等教育中不可或缺并且尤为重要的一个部分,教育信息化使高校呈现出了新的面貌,在这样的背景之下,思想政治教育不能延续传统的方式进行,必须要做出与时俱进的创新。首先,应该对教育信息化背景下高校思想政治教育所面临的机遇和挑战做一个相对深入的了解和分析,然后,借助信息化手段,通过建立高校思想政治教育信息化平台和交流平台,建立学生思想政治教育动态档案,创新思想政治教育课堂教学内容和教学方法等具体创新策略,才能达到提高思想政治教育的效率和质量的目的。
