目的:研究茜草提取物对宫颈癌HeLa细胞的杀伤动力学.方法:采用体外细胞培养方法,观察茜草提取物对HeLa细胞的杀伤作用.结果:观察结果表明,茜草提取物对HeLa细胞生长有明显的抑制作用,IC50为23.5μg/ml,其作用表现出时间依赖性.结论:茜草提取物有直接细胞毒作用,可用于恶性肿瘤的治疗.

Objective :To study the effects of extract Radix Rubiae to kill cervical carcinoma HeLa Cells. Methods :Observing the effects of extract Radix Rubiae to kill cervical carcinoma HeLa Cells which were cultivated in vitro.
