目的：：通过怡肾丸对慢性肾衰竭( CKD2~4期)临床治疗的回顾性研究，评价怡肾丸治疗慢性肾衰竭( CKD 2~4期)的临床疗效与安全性。方法：以2012年6月~2014年3月间，湖南中医药大学第一附属医院肾内科住院及门诊接受怡肾丸治疗的慢性肾衰竭( CKD2~4期)患者为研究对象，分别观察怡肾丸组与对照组治疗慢性肾衰竭( CKD2~4期)临床疗效、中医证候指标及安全性。结果：两组中医证候疗效、中医证候积分、西医疗效评定、肾功能及血红蛋白的影响比较中均较治疗前改善，且差异有统计学意义(P
