目的：观察咳喘宁防治病毒诱发小儿哮喘的临床疗效及对患儿Th亚群细胞因子表达的影响。方法：将120例病毒诱发哮喘患儿随机分为咳喘宁治疗组60例和西药对照组60例，观察两组临床疗效及患）Lb-清中IL-12、IL-4的含量变化。结果：治疗组总有效率91．67％，临床控制率35％，均明显优于对照组（分别为P〈0．01、P〈0．05）；咳喘宁能显著提高患儿血中IL-12、降低IL-4，其作用明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：咳喘宁防治病毒诱发小儿哮喘具有较好疗效，其作用机制可能与提高患儿IL-12水平、降低IL-4水平有关。

Objective：To observe the clinic effects of Kechuanning asthma induced by virus and the effects on Th cytokine expression of random, 120 cases of children＇s asthma induced by virus were group （treatment group,n = 60）and Western Medicine group （control on preventing and curing children＇s in the patients.
