目的:探讨补阳还五汤及其有效组分生物碱和苷类对大鼠血管内膜损伤后主动脉内膜增生和增殖细胞核抗原(proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)表达的影响.方法:用国产2.0 F球囊导管建立大鼠主动脉内皮剥脱模型,术后第1天开始灌胃给药,术后第15天取胸主动脉血管损伤段测定内膜增生程度及增殖细胞核抗原(proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)的表达.结果:剥脱术后第15天,模型组大鼠主动脉内膜出现显著增生.与假手术组比较,术后各组中膜增生不明显(P>0.05),内膜增生明显(P

Objective: To explore the effects of alkaloids and glycosides extracted from Buyang Huanwu Decoction (BYHWD), a compound of traditional Chinese herbal medicine, on aortic intimal hyperplasia and the expression of the proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in rats with aortic intimal injuries.
